Profile

Lone Pine Research was established in 2000 to provide expertise in dendrochronology, the science that makes use of annual tree rings to precisely date past events and study environmental change. We provide consulting services to public, private, and non-profit clients. Our primary mission is to furnish clients with scientific information that can be used to support decisions involving forest and watershed resources. We also specialize in the dating and analysis of wood artifacts and provide support services to scientific research projects.
